Hello All I need help cause I'm not a tech guy where can I download a codex on my ipad? legally of course and does it update automatically? so I don't need to find rules for new models like in the Chaos deamons codex for example. I can't seem to find it and don't want to buy the wrong thing.

If it doesn't keep the filtering, got to the 40k section and filter to Rules > Codexes. E-publications, including the iPad version, are available from there.
Searching from within iBooks should find them - if not there are direct links on the Warhammer Digital site. The 'Enhanced Edition' ones are the Apple ones.

"-Nonsense, the Inquisitor and his retinue are our hounoured guests, of course we should invite them to celebrate Four-armed Emperor-day with us..." Thought for the Day - Never use the powerfist hand to wipe.
No, and it def doesn't update errata. For instance when my DW got several nerfs, they didn't translate over to my ipad version. It's best just to download a pdf editor and make the edits yourself.
