Hi there! I'd like to put together some Chaos Cultists and I'm looking for models featuring feathers, be it cloaks, shoulder pads, hats etc. Apart from that I don't want them to look militaristic or uniform, they need to look like they've each made their own outfit in the back of the shed. I'm happy to consider non-GW kits.

Alternatively I was thinking of using flagellants as a base, and feathering up their bare shoulders with greenstuff. Not sure how well that would work out.
