The list is fairly straightforward, and I'm doing what I can to make it as optimized as possible for a major GT next month. Would love to hear your thoughts!

If you run sautekh you should have imotekh. He is well worth the additional points over a standard overlord. Remove the lord, overlord, and add imotekh. Why orikan ? You need to roll lower than the battle round, which means you need to roll a 2 on T3, by that time the game is probably already decided. Replace him with a cloaktek, to repair DDAs. Now make the spearhead nihilakh, to re-roll 1s to hit for your DDAs when they dont move, which is what they want.

Wow, three Doomsday Arks and three Doomscythes in one list.
pfreaks' advices are useful as always.
But I'd take a CCB Overload. It can be a one-man wrecking machine if used right.

Some good advice thank you both!

As far as imotekh, I agree, he's great. However, in my list there isn't much of a need for him. I only really need to use mwbd twice, one for each immortal squad, so the strategem covers that. After turn 1 it's likely that I'll only have 1 squad of Immortals, so the 1 mwbd is just enough. Further, I need my warlord to have immortal pride for the warrior blob. They wrap the Immortals to keep them safe from melee threats. Imotekh does have the mortal wounds shot, which is great for initiating methodical destruction, but i can't justify spending about 77 points for it when I have a cloaktek with the abyssal staff to spark the strat each turn.

The Lord's re rolling 1s aura is essential for both ranged and melee. Orikan is only 20 points more than a chronometron cryptek and has an additional wound, better range aura, a chance to become empowered (though unlikely), and the best part is that his invul aura works in melee combat. This has been amazing for my warriors.

Nihilakh on the arks is nice, but having played a good amount of games in the itc competitive format, I find the mobility of sautekh to be much more useful. Statistically, having arks +1 to hit units marked by methodical destruction is about the same as rerolling 1s to hit.

Warriors are a pretty expensive screen. Unfortunately methodical destruction cant be initiated by imotekhs storm, see necron FAQ. I didnt notice that orikans inv works in melee as well, good to know.

@p5freak
interesting, i didn't know that! Is it not able to trigger it because it's an ability and not a weapon attack? Also, does that mean doom scythe's amalgamated targeting data strategem can't trigger it either?

Page 112 – Methodical Destruction
Change the rules text to read:
‘Use this Stratagem after a Sautekh unit from your
army has attacked an enemy unit and the attack resulted
in the enemy unit losing one or more wounds. Add 1 to
hit rolls for attacks made by other Sautekh units from
your army that target the same enemy unit this phase.’

Yes, it must be an attack in the shooting or fight phase. Only those are attacks.

so amalgamated targeting data doesn't work for it?

It doesnt work for it. It has to be an attack.

Tricktrock. Looks good. Agree go pure Sautekh over Nihilakh.

Not sure on the scarabs. I mean i get they are small and fast. SO you can get board control/recon/behind enemy lines with them, but you are giving up the fire power of the Tomb Blades.

I would swap the warriors for 8 immortals, and the scarabs for 9 Tomb Blades.

All in all, I'd choose Necrons for the GT, not the Harlies.
Your Harlies are geared towards assault (Troupes, too less jetbikes) and assault is not really working in the edition.
