Well, its a fluffy Ulthwe list at the pt level.
I'd keep it and see how it works.
One downside is the handling of Eldrad who might go in a Serpent and cannot cast this way.

My preference would be two HQs,
Farseer on jetbike and Autarch on jetbike with laser lance and reaper launcher, Mark of the indespensible hunter, warlord (Index).

Not a fan at all of the 10 man defender squads in serpents. It's sinking a ton of points into troops that in all likelihood won't accomplish much. They are neither durable nor killy for the points. I'd keep the 20 man squad as is, then either swap the other two squads out for rangers/dire avengers. You could cram two squads of avengers in the same serpent, saving significantly on your troop tax, and use the saved points to swap out the second serpent for a CHE.

I'd also drop the autarch. Think they're great either zooming around with Spears or sitting back with some type of heavy support for the rerolls. Dont really see the point in this list.

If i were you i'll put Eldrad and 2 units of 20 guardians plus a unit of 10 of dire avengers
