Looking for feedback on the following. The Cerberus has performed well against Knights that hard counter the PBC's. The rest of the list is straightforward. Any improvements welcomed!

The plagueburst crawlers don't mind being charged too much and the Cerberus can shoot while in combat. The deredeos would travel with the daemon prince so he can intervene if necessary. You are right though it is a weakness of the list.

I like it a lot although it really does feel like you should drop one pbc and some nurglings for 30 plaguebearers. They will make the Daredeos and the Cerberus much more survivable. If you can screen out some assault that's a solid firebase.

Updated list. This contains 3 command points when I use Chaos Familiar to give the prince Death Hex. Now I have a decent screen as well. Thoughts?

Like the addition of the Iron warriors Cerberus, the strat could be useful if you're using the daemon prince to run up the board with the pbc (so no rerolls anyway).
I don't know if 3cp is enough although there aren't a lot lf obvious stratergems that you'd want to use I suppose. You'd just be short on rerolls for failed psychic etc.
Also it might be useful to take miasma to cast on the Cerberus rather than the plaguebearers which would need a csm sorcerer again. You could take shrivelling pox on you poxbringer, I find it really useful to get through big groups of t4 and 5 bodies, plus knights (but you already have that covered with the Cerberus.

You can’t get death hex the deathguard familiar strategem says you must replace the spell with a contagion power. If I can make a suggestion make the deredeo spear head purge with the prince and shove everything else into a Nurgle spearhead. The poxbringer will benefit both the crawlers and the plaguebearers. The Purged trait is soooooo good. Then you will also gain a command point.

I will be using the chaos familiar stratagem from the chaos space marines codex that allows a heretic astartes model to swap for any power from that codex. This allows me Death Hex. It's a common trick when fielding Morty.
Why Purge for the dreads? They hit on 2+ with reroll ones from the prince and they can move and fire without penalty being Death Guard. Not sure that reroll hits is necessary plus I would have to wound something first in order to activate the trait. Am I missing something?

If you don’t have a CSM prince you can not use a CSM strategem

I have a CSM lord of war choice so therefore the stratagems are available to me... The Death Guard Prince has the heretic astartes keyword so he is eligable. See my comment about people doing this with Mortarion.

Yeah you're correct on the CSM chaos familiar strat. It's just daemons that have been limited in faqs.
I think that if you were going pure fw dreads I'd go alpha legion. The purge is not as good in practice as it sounds because of the reasons above and the fact that you have to do some damage this turn beforehand to a unit. So if your 3 deredos are your main firebase then usually only 2/3 are benefitting from the trait.
That said the shoot into combat strat is cool but probably situational if you don't bring a tarpit style list.
Deathguard isn't a bad shout because all of your units here can move and shoot without penalty so you can hold the centre of the board whilst still firing effectively.

I've tested the list a couple of times now and despite it being light on scoring it does make a big dent especially against aggressive opponents. Any final tweaks I should make before submission?

Well, you have too less CPs for my liking.
Usually one needs the CPs heavily during the game for important re-rolls.
