I can only find one and that is from 2018. Some guy on redit is saying you can't have two separate D3 damage which comes with equipping a relic blade and powerfist.

Cheers!

There has only been one plus the Commentary.
There is no rule prohibiting using multiple weapons with D3 damage.

In close combat, you must of course have enough attacks. If your model has a single attack and none of the weapons allows an additional attack, you must choose one or the other.

In CC you assign a weapon and a target to each attack before rolling any dice. (It's different from shooting where you chooses targets and resolve the attacks weapon for weapon).
There is nothing prohibiting you to assign a relic sword to one attack and a powerfist to an other.

However, the errata for p31 changes how multiple weapons work in the Fight phase.

As soon as you reduce a model's wounds to zero, all other Attacks by that model are discarded. Because you must assign all Attacks for the model (rather than the weapon) in the Choose Targets step of the Fight phase, this means that if you take a model to 0 wounds with your first attack, you do not also get to swing with the other weapon against that same model if you allocated your attacks to it, even if it survives the Injury roll.

You can have those weapons but in many cases will not get to use them both due to the different order of operations in melee vs. shooting.

A model with two shooting weapons can make two injury rolls against one model or split it's fire across multiple models (if both weapons fire multiple shots it could potentially make two injury rolls each against several models). A model with two melee weapons can never make two injury rolls against one model although it could make one injury roll each against two models.
