I've never played with the additional rules that include the Nuln warbands, so I don't know much about it.
Also, are you playing vanilla Mordheim, or do you have house rules (especially for dual wielding and armor cost)?
And which models are heroes? The first 2 I guess, but what about marksmen and pistolier, are they all henchmen?
You mentioned you never played Mordheim, so just in case you don't know, it's a pretty incomplete/unbalanced ruleset, and most players have a casual/narrative approach when playing it. So most rule questions are usually answered considering what makes the most sense / works best for the game, instead of trying to find what's most RAW. Most players also have some house rules in effect.
As for your pistols, a normal brace of pistols would allow you to add two attacks on the first turn of combat. I'm assuming your double barreled thing doubles the number of shots (so you have two shots each turn), so I can see how you would say that you should get +4 A on the first turn of combat. It does feel a bit OP though.
Also, note that my pals and I consider that the extra attacks require to have a bullet in the pistol, i.e. if you have a single pistol and shoot with it, if you're in combat the next turn you can't use it (since you didn't take a turn to reload). Similarly, with a brace of pistols we consider that if you shoot on a turn, on the next turn you would only have +1 A. It's not RAW, but it does make a lot more sense. If you're joining experienced players, you can ask them how they usually rule on that.
