Are there any known loyalist chapters that use combat drugs excessively, as in a more extreme fashion than normal for Space Marines?

They're not Marines, but Eversors are perpetually blissed out on super-meth to make them hyper-aggressive and immune to fear and pain.

all of them. Space Marine armor comes with various drug injectors that will automaticly inject stimulants, pain killers etc as nesscary to keep the marine fighting in tip top shape.

That’s why I also included “in a more extreme fashion than normal?”
I know all space marines have stimm injectors. I want to know if there are any chapters that push this beyond the norm.

it makes sense really, even though they're absurdly tough and can heal from wounds fast, space Marines are still mortal beings, at the very least you're going to want to have something that gives them pain killers

they don't really need slaught. drugs such as that work by altering brain chemistry etc. but the butcher's nails are an implant that already does it.

I'm pretty sure there's loyalist Chapters that use more than painkillers if the situation demands it. Even with psycho-indoctrination some marines might get weary of the heavy deployment schedule - there's few hints of it in the fluff but at least some older versions of the the entry for Captain Tycho (Blood Angels) mentioned how many days of rest you should get for every day of battle And the BA are as Codex-compliant as they can be so those days are probably straight from Guilliman's recommendations.

ohh definatly they use more then pain killers. they use a cocktail of drugs to ensure they're at maximum efficancy, pain killers, stimulants, depressants. chances are the power armor monitors their health at all times and keeps them hopped up on a cocktail of drugs throughout combat

It definitely does that. Gods of Mars references a Black Templars power armour is out of drugs to give him.

It's part of the original fluff, marines are hopped up on a blend of psychotropics and physical enhancers. They're much more Sardukar than Fremen, which makes the turn toward a religious focus as time goes by kinda weird

Combat drugs are quite wide ranging though. Most drugs in marine armour are designed around pain management and combat effectiveness.
Eg painkillers for wounds and adrenaline for added muscle efficency.
A few chapters are known for their bruatlity in combat.
Eg Carcharadons, Executioners, Charnel Guard.
Chapters like the Flesh Tearers are more brutal due to genetic instability than combat drug use. Automatically Appended Next Post: pushing beyond the norm i'd thnk would be the Iron Hands

I'd think they'd use less if anything. You can't drug bionics.

I think they'd use more to keep whatever organic parts they have left, remember the flesh is weak
