Hi your list looks pretty good only i would take out the plague caster and the hell brute and take a second DP with superating plate armor and twin talons i have two DP with the talons and they are really good against tau and other shooty army's and if you have any points left i would take a plague surgeon to buff your poxwalkers en typus so you can make your screen of poxwalkers more durable.
