Has anyone used KR multicase systems to store their Slaanesh army, if so what worked for you? Their store front has some example sized trays to put things in, but without the trays physically before me its hard to judge how good their estimations are or if there are more efficient ways to pack the models in than they suggest. If you've got any thoughts and tips, even if its from other foam companies like Battlefoam, I'd be greatly interested to hear and see photos.
Also when it comes to storing cavalry in foam trays which do people find tends to work better for maximising storage based on volume. Storing them standing upright, base down; or storing them laying on their side. Seekers are not too "thick" in body and tend to be quite sleek and all within the base, so in theory they can store just as well either way.

I use Battlefoam BFL (12"x15") trays for all my spindly little devochki. Daemonettes fit well in the 45 Assault Marine Tray.
I have a 4" pluck foam tray for my Seekers, which fits 18 standing up, base down, in three rows of six. I also use a 4" pluck foam tray for Chariots, they fit four. Then I use all the foam I 'plucked' out as packing material to mitigate movement in the tray.
I've never suffered a breakage while they're packed away or in transit. Touch wood.
EDIT - I can snap some quick phone pics for you, if you'd like?
EDIT 2 - You could probably quite easily fit Seekers and Chariots into a 3" tray, if you were careful about how high hair and claws reach.

You want to see a model in a custom KR tray?
I can say that the trays they do for stuff like Eldar skimmers arequite snug, and the models do not usually move about much.
There is a lot of spare foam to a custom KR tray. I tear chunks of that off before binning the rest, to pack the models in better.
If you are looking at the standard trays, it is all about the base.
Do a Gallery search for "Kr Multicase". I put a couple of snaps of my SM terminators in standard trays.
I don't have Slaanesh models, but can take snaps of similar trays.

It looks like KR just released some trays for slanesh demons today. Might be worth another look at their site.

I've seen those new trays and I'm curious about them, sometimes the pre-designed to fit a specific model often look like they'd work better with pluck foam in terms of fitting "more" into the same tray space but its one of those things that's kinda hard to tell visually without actually seeing trays and models interact.
Also things ilke chariots are a curious thing since seekers and exalted come on the same base and whilst the exalted is wider at the rear end one would think two could sit side by side facing the opposite way and pack in as tight as seekers would.

Yeah I had been wondering that, and I am trying to keep the whip blades aimed down rather than up.
I'd be very interested in seeing your photos! How you've laid things out might give me some good ideas and visualise it better

Sure, no problem. Excuse the pet-hair. My trays have to live under the bed and, well... you can see.
four Hellflayers
eighteen Seekers
Probably also worth mentioning that five of those Seekers are on the wrong base; they're on 70x42 or 45mm not 60x35mm.
and a Seeker Chariot, for completeness.
I'm confident you could also fit four Seeker Chariots per tray.

Thanks Excommunicatus - interesting to see your seekers standing free within the foam like that. Are you using a metal base in that foam with magnets on the bases of the models or are they all free-standing in the foam case?

I use the foam I pluck out to pack them, but I took it out for the pics. You can see some of them at the bottom of the first pic and I left one in the bottom part of the Seeker tray.
I was going to cut neat, individualized cut-outs for each of them, but I got lazy.
