First of all, I've been out of 40K for a few years, and I have not played a game in the new edition.

I have chosen to pick back up with Death Guard, and I have a few rule questions/ clarifications specific to them. I hope you guys can help me out here. Sorry in advance if the questions seem dumb. I'm rusty, so please bear with me.

#1 Does the "Lord of Nurgle" rule for the Chaos Lord allow re-rolling 1s in shooting attacks or just close combat attacks? It just says "you can re-roll hit rolls of 1".

#2 Do models with Disgustingly Resilient get to roll against mortal wounds, and when they are "slain" (as in they rolled a 1 while shooting a supercharged plasma gun)?

#3 Does the Dead Walk Again stratagem allow Plague bearers to be converted to poxwalkers, even if the plaguebearer demonic Icon brings the fallen plaguebearers back?
