I was shocked when I heard the news, I've been a fan of his since the launch of SC2 what must be going on 8 or so years now. I didn't even know he was into 40k for ages, even though this has been my favourite hobby on and off since the late 80s. Anyway, I always used to love watching him cast SC2, he was a very funny guy. He was massive in esports. I don't visit SC2 reddit ever but the thread there hit like 20K votes or something and it was posted over a load of other reddits. I saw the news whilst watching Admiralbulldog's stream. He had an impact across almost all of esports (i don't play games but I watch a few). I checked here and was surprised it wasn't mentioned. /edit - if anyone is curious, he had some health issues in recent years. He had DVT a few years ago, and then a month ago he had an abscess on his femoral artery. This apparently caused a pulmonary embolism and he died very quickly. Ugh, this sucks.

I had no connection to SC and didn't run across his content/commentary until a few years ago, watching Frontline Gaming batreps and discussion vids.

I really enjoyed his sense of humour, mostly (all of the FLG dudes have their edgelord-y anti-PC moments, from time to time), appreciated his insight into 40K gameplay, and admired him for providing a lot of Tyranid-related content when they're never been an army that gets much coverage compared to others.

Very sad new. I love SC2 and wh40k. so did he. He was a big dude, but very athletic, played state football(?) and powerlifting. He was only 33.

His youtube channel had been popping up in suggestions the last few months. I'd just watched his review of the Choas titans book.

Should have also said he died playing 40K. A friend of his (fellow streamer and starcraft professional) said yesterday that he was gaming with some 40K friends, felt ill and lay down, and by the time the ambulance arrived he had died.
