So I know I want to play with 3x Crimson Hunter Exarchs and 3x Razorwings.

I know..

But I've wanted some flavor of an Eldar army since 3rd, and I'm finally going to let myself have one. I'm going to get it commissioned, and I'd like to have an army that will look beautiful and be fun to take to tournaments (read: be competitive).

I'm having trouble deciding on a couple of lists though.

Aeldari List A

Aeldari List B

Well, Night Spinners are meh even if you spam them. They are too less killy.
Therefore, I'd go with 1st list.
But you have too many flyers for my liking. This implies too less board control.

Triple Night Spinners have been doing very well in big ITC events.

I prefer list 2. Night Spinners are real MVPs in my lists, just be aggressive with them and move them up the board. I would make the Autarch a Warlord with Faolchu's Wing and An Eye on Distant Events - CP farm + reroll 1's to hit is great + he is dangerous on the charge. Drop the Spirit Stones everywhere to make your Farseer and Skyrunner. Put the Night Spinners and Autarch in a Spearhead for the extra CP.
