I was inspired to give this a go by someone in the Mordheim Facebook group who'd converted the Halfling team to a Mordheim warband.

Really simple conversions - mostly cut off hand/arm and replace with weapon. But I love the dynamism of the original minis so wanted to give it a go.

Seems you were pretty quick off the mark with these. I've been wondering if the Avengers would make good Harlequins too, so it's nice to see how dynamic they are even with quick weapon swaps. The axe-man is probably my favourite.
