I have been playing about in Battlescribe, and it seems i can get a veteran squad with sheilds and pistols, or sheilds and axes, but not both.

I managed to get my sticky fingers on a squad of Invictarus Suzerain, but I only play 40k, so I have no idea what to do with them. They are beautiful models, so it would be a shame for them not to see battle. Any ideas?

It is a shame that pistols in particular aren't auxiliary to two primary weapons.

I see two obvious options, the first is to sue them as honor guard. (which the invictarus Suzerain basicly evolved into) the unit is takable in squads of 2 so you can assuming you ahve a 5 man squad take 2 units of honorguard and leave the 5th at home. another option is vanguard veterans, you useally see them with jump packs but thats actually optional, you can tyake them without.

neither of these options if eprfectly WYSIWYG, but are close eneugh. IMHO these guys make an amazing honor guard unit

I think the best way to use them will be as Honour Guard for Bobby G. will be a fun bit of converting too, to give them boltguns instead of shields.
