Just thought: First if it is legal and then what problems you see.

Total is 1992. I have all the models but the flyers. The idea is to protect the Reapers in the Falcons along with the 3 HQs. I love to face big points sink stuff as I generate
16 S8 shots 18 S6 shots from the Falcons, Hunters and secondaries on the prisms.
12 S7 shots from the Reapers as well as the main weapons of the 3 Fire Prisms.
Finally I have the 3 Tempest Launchers to engage pain in the a$$ targets.

The hunters provide some deep strike blocking and being everything starts is a flyer, I can avoid HTH. The CTM provides for mobility and being able to fire albeit at the closest targets but that can be mitigated by having great mobility.

Obviously the issue is lack of command points -6- so I have to be very frugal on use of stratagems.

The motivation for this list is bring back the falcon. So I thought of small number of troops and
having a lot of high-strength shots.

1. 4 detachments isn't going to be legal, no more than 3.
2. A Flyer detachment consists of 3 flyers
3. Not enough command points
4. Read up on the composition of a spearhead attachment, and then smile cause you'll never call it a heavy detachment again.
5. I wouldn't both getting fancy with tempest launchers
6. I'm not entirely sure I'd bother with spirit stones
7. I'm not entirely sure I'd bother with brightlances when you have so many dark reapers.
8. With all the points saved by downgrading brightlances to shurikens, and spirit stones to nothing, I bet you can turn one detachment into a battallion with 3 min troops and have around 10cp with two spearhead attachments.

Reapers in Falcons at least for turn 1 sounds good, not sure if it is, but sounds good.

Sounds good.

Thanks on the name of the detachment. Plus I can add 1 flyer to each spearhead detachment so I can be legal on 3 detachments.
The spirit stones are optional but I only have 68 points so I could add a windrider squad or a viper. If I lose the shuriken cannons I could have around 120 points for maybe 2 vypers or 2 windrider squads. The tempest launchers were there specifically for Tau drones hiding and protection battle suits.
I know I only have 5 CPS, but I only need it for the Fire Prism stratagem. Maybe a reroll or two but I can't think of anything else.

You're gonna want the command points for Lightning Fast Reactions (2 CP) to minimize some of the shooting aimed at... Whatever your opponent decides they want to die. Try to get at least 1 battalion in. Oh, plus the ... I forget it's name but it lets you fire after falling back. Or forewarned for shooting at stuff that arrives from deepstrike.

What craftworld are you playing? If you're going Biel-tan, keep the falcons simple with 2 shuriken cannons and the stock pulse laser. Reroll 1s is fun. Otherwise, swap the bright Lance's for starcannons. BL's are whiff machines and can't even get past T8 reliably well. Plus, if you go with Ulthwe, you get a free 6+ FNP on everything and can then get rid of the spirit stones on everything.

...Also, your points are off. Double check Chapter Approved 2018. The dark reaper detachment (as is) should be 635 points, the falcon detachment (as is) should be 542, and the fire prism detachment (as is) should be 595.
