Hi my name is Aaron, I’m still relatively new to the 40k universe. I know a small amount of lore and would like to know more about some of the honors or purity seals received my space marines. Would someone be able to tell me what the name of the scroll on the shoulder of this crimson fist space marine? I’ve been searching all sorts of ways but could not find any results. Thank you for the responses ahead of time

I'm not sure the exact name of scrolls etc is specificly filled out, however it's likely an oath of moment. An Oath of moment is a ancient tradtion dating back to the great crusade.
from Lexnicium
An oath of moment or oath of the moment, was a special oath sworn by Space Marines during the Great Crusade, before going into battle or setting out on a mission. It was taken as a reaffirmation of the oaths sworn to the Emperor and the Legion.
A typical oath of moment required at least two persons, the swearing Marine(s) and the oath-taker. The oath was usually made over a weapon, and, when written on parchment, was then affixed to the Marine's Power Armour before he departed on his mission.

Oh thanks man,it helps a lot. I’ve always been interested in the imperial fists and crimson fists and in a lot of the art I see they always have it on the shoulder . Do they have sets with those attached or would you have to buy it separately

It's difficult to show in the picture, but GW has actually released one marine with a shoulder pad like that if you desperately want the part.

the pic doesn't really display it and there is no further angles, but trust me it's basically exactly that.
its from this set of guys here:

I don't remember seeing a good "scroll" type bitz for that.
I have seen people who are not experts with greenstuff modeling putty, instead make them out of a simple piece of paper (preferably one designed to look like weathered or ancient parchment found at any stationary store). You can cut the paper to the size you want, use a pen to make marks equating to the oath Or wait until after the next step and paint it if that's your skill...I painted mine), then put a dab of white glue on the paper and rub it all around on both sides (messy, yes, but white glue strips off fingers easy), then place it over the shoulder pad. The white glue will make the paper wet/soft so it should drape and then dry this way.
I will say this is not the expert, super awesome, give me a ten for my work way to do this (in fact I use greenstuff myself).
Greenstuff can be rolled out thin easy, cut to size and then hung on the shoulder pad as well. This takes a bit more skill, so maybe practice first.

There are bits for it in the regular tac marine box and one in the assult marine box. Here is a picture. Just glue the bit I put on the belt of the two central models to the shoulder of a marine.
