Recently got into a discussion with some friends about Primarchs coming back. I know there are a few hooks that might be primarchs. Three come to mind:

Trazon the Infinite's collection has a figure clad in power armor.

Dark Eldar have a transhuman fighting in their arena.

Slaaanesh has a silver knight as his/her bodyguard. (Possibly Ferrus Manus? More likely a Grey Knight/Warhammer Fantasy character)

What other possible primarchs are there?

Well,

Vulkan
Corax
Leman
Lionel
Khan

Are all likely candidates.

Dorn is highly possible.

Unlikely, but they could either resurrect Sanguini or retcon his death. Same for Ferrus.

I don't think Trazyn has anyone but a normal 30K marine to be honest in his vault.

Khan is fighting for the DE.

Silver Knight is supposed to be a GK character as far as I know.

Here is the kicker, I'd love to see Cawl make NEW PRIMARCHS.

Primaris Primarchs!

Trazyn does have a primarch or at least a code of one bile gave him a Fulgrim clone in one of the books but time line wise i think that comes after the description in the codex

Yes, Trazyn has a Fulgrim Clone. I think the other figure in his collection is hinted at being a Custode but unclear on that one. Maybe that is where Valdor went.

Slaanesh's bodyguard is hinted to be a GK based on their "silver adamantine armour".

Dark Eldar. I think that this might be Captain Cadulon of the Iron Knights. One of the finest duelists of the Astartes, he was captured by the DE and forced to fight against Lileth Hesperax and is the only known opponent to have left her with a scar from a duel.

Isn't it the Khan? I thought he was being forced to fight in the pit?

If Dark Eldar caught him I feel like Vect would store him somewhere as one of his trump cards.

More than hinted, Trazyn actually let his pet pokemon out in battle of Cadia. So yeah, a bog standard custode who died when Abaddoff crashed his best ride into the planet.

Fabius Bile cloned Ferrus Manus multiple times, so might it be possible that a clone of his escape?

Unlikely, she killed him at the end of the duel. She cut both his hands and cut his head off. It's possible that he was resurrected after that. I doubt the DE have a Primarch in their arena. How would they be able to hold him prisonner and in fighting condition? Primarchs have been shown to be basically invicible and capable of regenerating lethal wounds. If there is one, DE would need to be able to restrain him long enough to perform some surgery on him to lobotomize him and cripple him severely just to have him fight. Plus, who would be a match against a Primarch in an arena fight. I guess Llith coul give one a run for his money provided she uses some trick weapons, but besides her, who else?
