This is my revised black legion list that tries to take what I think is best about black legion, and CSM without going daemon engines.

Council of traitors- Abbadon- Rapid fire plasma terminators- Rapid fire terminators with beta bolters- Making use of 2 heavy weapons in an unbreakable csm squad instead of havocs- Jump Chaos lord with ghorisvex teeth- Endless cacophony and votlw- (Goal of this list is to secure it objectives, take the board while having an extremely threatening deep strike)

I'm seeing alot of Slaanesh in this list.

I'm wondering if Black Legion is the best legion for this list. The only it is is for Abaddon it seems.

Have you considered maybe Emperor's Children?

Looks good, have you thought about using the bringers of despair specialist detachment? The brutal subjugation stratergem will make hoarde clearing much easier and you can pass morale more easily if Abbadon is out of range or he is off hitting something big.

You could swap him with the dark apostle and have a Terminator heavy detachment.

One thing you might be lacking is the ability to clear space so your Terminators can drop in t2. I've found a unit of bikes is really good for this with all combi bolters. They'll clear screen well and can almost always get in position. Plus they're handy for grabbing late game objectives.
