Can I take servitors to satisfy fw relic options?

I seem to remember that the answer was no but for the life of me cannot find out why with the new book.

Are you talking about the need to have more non-Relic units than Relic ones?

Why wouldn't that work? I'm pretty sure it does...though mostly I just play against Space Marine armies because I'm a Xenos guy, but still.
