Can I take servitors to satisfy fw relic options?

This probably belongs in the You Make Da Call forum since this isn't a list, but a rule question. To try to answer it though;

Are you talking about the need to have more non-Relic units than Relic ones?

Why wouldn't that work? I'm pretty sure it does...though mostly I just play against Space Marine armies because I'm a Xenos guy, but still.
