Hi! I have a questioni about daemon Prince and the rule of 3.
Daemon Prince of the heretic Astartes codex has differenti rules and profile than daemon Prince of Chaos of the daemons codex and the Same Is for DP of nurgle and zeentch. Are them all different units so i can list 3 of all or it counts as the Same unit?
Thanks.

The number of times you can include a particular datasheet is listed and depends on the points of the game. in a 1001,-2000 point game you can only include up to three of a particular datasheet. Note that does not apply to troops or Dedicated transport roles.

WARHAMMER 40,000 RULEBOOK Official Update Version 1.5 wrote:ORGANISED EVENTS
The updated Organised Events guidelines table restricts the number of times a particular datasheet can be included in your army. A few common questions have arisen from this:
Q3) Are the Daemon Prince datasheet from Codex: Chaos Space Marines, the Daemon Prince of Chaos datasheet from Codex: Chaos Daemons, the Daemon Prince of Nurgle datasheet from Codex: Death Guard, and the Daemon Prince of Tzeentch datasheet from Codex: Thousand Sons all considered different datasheets for the purposes of the Organised Events guidelines? A3) No. For the purposes of these guidelines all these datasheets are all considered to be the same.
You may only have a total of 3 of the 4 types of Daemon Princes in your army in the 1001-2000 Point game size in Organised Play.

They specifically ruled that the various Daemon Princes count as the same for the rule of 3 in the April 2019 update:
Q. Are the Daemon Prince datasheet from Codex: Chaos Space Marines, the Daemon Prince of Chaos datasheet from
Codex: Chaos Daemons, the Daemon Prince of Nurgle datasheet from Codex: Death Guard, and the Daemon Prince
of Tzeentch datasheet from Codex: Thousand Sons all considered different datasheets for the purposes of the Organised
Events guidelines?
A. No. For the purposes of these guidelines, all these datasheets are considered to be the same.
Bear in mind that this rules is specifically for 'organised play', i.e. tournaments, and even then it is only a suggestion. In other situations you shouldn't have to follow it, at least in theory.

In practice, most games do use the rule though - you should generally assume it is in use unless you've agreed for it not to be, it's good etiquette given we have an awareness of this fact.

They are different datasheets for everything EXCEPT this one rule.

However, Be’Lakor and Syll’Esske get around this by being unique!! So take a Daemon Tetrad at 1001+ points and enjoy having 5 Princes running around! Yes, I totally intend to do this, regardless of how good it is. One from each god, and the three off the day sheets will each have an artifact. Yup. Can’t stop it!
It’s also 1000pts on the dot.

A Daemon Prince is a Daemon Prince irrespective of any prefix, suffix or sub-title. It's in the FAQ.
Note that Summoning get's around the suggested organized play restriction(s).

GW are specific in this; data sheet Daemon Prince is the same, regardless of codex. Be’Lakor and Syll’Eske are each a unique data sheet. So they get around the rule. They are B’L and S’E with the keyword Daemon Prince attached. Not Daemon Prince with keyword Daemon Prince. The varying FW DPs get around it too, if you wanted Samus or something. But to take a standard DP entry, you’re maxed at 3.
