This list started with me creating the supreme command detachment whilst going through the ynarri white dwarf. It's a nice, self contained, block to build from. The wraithseers are very tough to kill with the 5+ fnp, one takes half damage whilst the other is -1 to hit. Yvraine unlocks the ynarri stuff and is a mortal wounds caster/beatstick.
Next I came up with the prism detachment, again self contained, only needing a cp for linked fire and illic trying to snipe stuff.
Finally I needed a battalion to bulk out the list. So it's shuriken spam. The two serpents are -1 to hit, doom and jinx combo well with the shuriken, Biel tan giving reroll ones. The big blob of guardians go in the webway, yvraine in a serpent.
It's planned as a beta strike army with the resilience to try and survive turn one.
