The Datasheet contained in Codex Astra Millatrium contains the keyword AM, which would allow them to do so.
The Datasheet in the Sisters Beta Codex, does not have this keyword - Indeed, it has many differences, including points and so forth.

Am I able to take a unit of crusaders from the AM codex and put them inside? Or even if I am taking units from the AM codex, am I forced to use the 'more up to date' [but also only in Beta?] Codex?
If I take the AM datasheet, which Acts of Faith do I use in an AM army? Which points costs?

Additionally, the Battle Conclave rule specifies that the Crusaders do not take up slots in a detachment with a priest, but this entry is only on the unit in the Sisters Codex.
If I include an AM priest in a detachment with AM Crusaders, do they take up a slot or not?

Going by The AM codex they can be transported. The only requirements needed to be transported are Astra Militarum and Infantry, both of which Crusaders have. I think they are the same unit, but the keywords change depending which faction you are running.

But factions don't come into it when list building.

If I'm playing open play and I throw a canoness in a brigade with some AM crusaders, that rules-wise, doesn't make them suddenly sisters crusaders, they're still a unit taken from the AM codex.
The question is about how much the existance of the Newer-Beta Sisters entry makes to the existing AM crusaders, and how much of that datasheet, if any, overwrites my existing sheet, since there are no new 'options' provided like using the designers flow chart. But wholesale replacing the datasheet would make it impossible to take crusaders in matched play in an AM list.

But they are Adeptus Ministorum aren't they? And isn't there a rule in the codex that states you can add Adeptus Ministorum units to an Astra Militarum detachment?

P132 of the Codex explains how you add such permitted units.

Yes. But that doesn't address which datasheet I'm using for them?

Well, GW wants you to test them with the datasheet provided in the sisters beta codex. And its beta. So, its not in use unless you agree to use it. Its up to you.

Designer’s Note – Crusaders: The Crusaders datasheet appears both in this beta codex and in Codex: Astra Militarum. The biggest difference between the two arises from the revised Acts of Faith ability. As noted, this is one of the rules we would most like to get your feedback on; as such, if you are using Crusaders as part of an Astra Militarum army, please use the datasheet and all rules for them as presented in this beta codex until the full Codex: Adepta Sororitas is published, whereupon we will also make any necessary updates to Codex: Astra Militarum.

But Battle Brothers prevents you from using the unit at all as they lose the AM Faction Keyword in the entry in the Beta Codex, so you'd not be able to fit them in a detachment with any other AM Units.

Nevermind. It doesn't. The keyword's still there. I'm an idiot. Case closed.
