Seems a solid enough death guard list, if I was looking to improve it I'd look to add in a big blob of blightlord terminartors. With the +1 attack buff they are getting 3d3 swings with the plagueflail and they can benifit for blades of putrifaction more than any other unit in the codex.

You could drop the blighthaulers, spawn and a couple of cultists. Blighthaulers are really easy to tie down in combat and if one dies then they are pretty lackluster in damage output.

Blighthaulers are meh, if your running typhus drop the cultists and just take more pox walkers that +1/+1 + the psychic powers +1/+1 you have a mass of T 5 S 5 slogging up the board hitting a gak load of times. If Typhus pox> cultists in every which way. Also drop the Blight haulers and add a deredeo or Leviathan dreadnought, that one unit is vastly superior to all 3 of those. If you can add both.

Competitive lists tend to have 3 PBC's as their broken for their price, blasphemous machines them and throw em up the board. And if you can Blightlord Terminators are just better then any other terminators in everywhich way, try to throw in a group of 10 or 2 groups of 5, 2x maces, axes all around and either melta/plasma for dropping in absolutely wrecking something or play them with combi bolters/axes/maces with launchers and play them as mid-board control.
