Well, its ambitious to play GK.
I've done it several times recently but I haven't attended a tourney with them.
Your list is HQ heavy. This may or may not help. It may help as the enemy will have a hard time to annihilate your force completely. It will not help when you need flesh to make points in some missions.

My list is different: 2 NDGK, 2 Techmarines, 3x5 Strikes, 3x5 Interceptors, 5 Paladins, 3 ven Dreads with autocannons (index).
My army is able to do a complete beta strike (round 2). NDGKs and Strikes are in reserve. Interceptors shunt, Paladins use gat of infinity. So my army is in range 12'' in my turn at round 2 up to the Dreads which are helped by the Techmarines to stay alive. The army has almost 200 shots in round 2, not bad if you ask me.

About psychic powers, Dreads use astral aim and in practice most of my units use smite. Hope it helps.

I find Paladins are best when paired with halberds, an Apothecary and an Ancient. Their base amount of attacks make falchions a bit unnecessary.

I'd also think twice about throwing daemon hammers on all the strike Justicars. Hitting on 4's isn't great when their amount of attacks is already kinda low. They die like flies, so it's best to keep your points investment on them low.
