GW hasn't released rules for the new Primaris units (impulsor, invictor, incursor), and I don't know when/if they will. I would like to be able to use these units in Apocalypse nonetheless, so what would be some good homebrew rules for these units?

Maybe:
Incursors- Same stats as incursors, however: Wound tanks on a 9+ instead of 8+ with bolt carbines. Wound infantry on a 6+ with melee weapons. No omniscrambers, instead they have... Multi-spectrum array, would that be very useful in apoc? Maybe a haywire mine rule, give a small blast marker to a unit that moves within 3in of a placed mine, and an incursor squad can place one mine per game.

Impulsor- Same stats as a rhino, but with 2 impulsor defensive weapons systems (SA, 24in, 2 attack, 8+, 10+), 14in movement, transporting 6 primaris marine (no gravis), and the hover rule at 6 PL. For +1 PL it can take a: shield dome (5+ armor save), Bellicatus missile array (heavy, 48in, 1, 7+,7+, antiair), Ironhail skytalon array (heavy, 36in, 2, 8+, 10+, antiair), orbital comms array (????).

Invictor- A Redemptor but with 2 wounds, 10in movement, infiltrate rule, the same defensive weapons systems and melee weapon, a heavy bolter, and either an Ironhail autocannon (heavy, 48in, 2, 7+, 8+) or an Incendium cannon (heavy, 12in, 2, 6+, 9+, inferno) - are those balance? And should it be 10PL like a Redemptor or less?
