I bought the new SM codex, and the Ultramarine Supplemental. Is there a new card deck that has the relevant stratagems and perhaps Ultramarine tactical objectives?

Yep, there's definately new space marine cards. Picked them up when I got the Codex.

There is also cards for Ultramarines; just be aware that both the generic set and Ultramarine set have tactical objective cards in them and the only difference is cards 11-16 (the first 6).
