I have a question regarding this spell/ rule.
If i control the enemy Character and charge the other "enemy" units with it, can my oponed choose to not do overwatch and use just the fists in the fightphase (Meele attacks just with his strenght and with no AP)? Because if so the spell is even more useless than it already is.

Second can i souround in the chargephase the character i am contrling so he cant fall back in his next Turn and nobody can shoot at my stuff?!
