1. If a Unit moves, but lets say the lascannon model does not move. The lascannon models counts as not moved?

2. If a Unit advances, but lets say the lascannon model does not move. The lascannon models counts as advanced?

"A unit that Advances can’t shoot or charge later that turn."
Direct from the rules.
Applies to the entire unit despite status of moved or not.
Unless, you are expecting to pick and choose what models advance...

From 'Heavy', page 180 of the Main Rulebook (emphasis added):

If a model with a Heavy weapon moved in its preceding Movement phase, you must subtract 1 from any hit rolls made when firing that weapon this turn.

From 'Advancing' on page 177 of the Main Rulebook (emphasis added):

A unit that Advances can’t shoot or charge later that turn.

Note that it is possible for a unit to advance but for none of the models to move, because there is no minimum movement even when you advance.

Both are correct. Moving and Advancing are not actually directly related. A unit can move without advancing and a unit can advance without moving.

As Ghaz has cited, the Heavy weapon rule cares about the model, not the unit. The Advance rule cares about the unit, not the models.

Which means the unit cannot shoot. Which is irrelevant because units dont shoot

It does prevent you from choosing that unit to get to where you can choose individual models to shoot.

In your Shooting phase you can shoot with models armed with ranged weapons. First, you must pick one of your units to shoot with. You may not pick a unit that Advanced or Fell Back this turn...
