I managed to dig these out. Back in the 2000s, when GW had a snap sale of Epic items, I bought this lot.

There are a couple of their boxes of plastic space marines, which I've almost finished as Blood Angles, six sprues of their plastic SM tanks (24 Rhinos, 12 Land raiders, 12 Whirlwinds) plus a pack of 5 land speeders I've unaccountably ended up with.

For the Eldar, Orks, and Tyranids I have a coupe of their plastic sets (foot forces and bases) each plus a ton of the metal vehicles / monsters.





I started doing the 'nids in oil paints and leaving them gloss. I will see if I can keep that up. They look nice. It is a bitch to dry them tho. I was looking at using aposematic colours, which some poisonous creatures have developed to warn off potential predators.

Lordy! Have you got some carnifexes? Loved the old 90s design...

I wish I had a box like that, my AT bases really need some tanks.

I used to have those land raiders/ rhinos (came in an epic space marine tanks box) and a load of metal preds/ vindicators

I also had a battle company when specialist games sold them, back when gw's site was good and informative

No idea where they are now though
