The logos on the movement sticks and the cover were about $3.50US extra and you can have what ever you want and just list when you order.
Also the acrylic is not in the standard list and I got the purple through email communication
Quick communication il and I think I had it 2 weeks post order.
I would expect that would be quicker with standard acrylic colours and no logo/name

My primary game is Warmachine so I needed the extra base tokens, but the movement sticks can be used for any game.

MDF with magnets to hold the lid in place. I covered the outer ones with greenstuff to fill the slight depressions there.
With the paper still on the acrylic I brushed on 3 layers of white paint and then varnished it to seal, and then pulled the paper off.

The case is rattle can sprayed and off black (almost exactly citadel paints corvus black.

The name on the front was white (took about 5 layers), and then a couple thinned layers of Drakenhof Nightshade wash

That is extremely cool
