First part is called Phoenix Rising and will focus on the Eldar and some kind of civil war among the race as a whole.

It's a bit strange considering the ynarri's shtick is bringing the aeldari as a whole together. Maybe it's in anticipation of them becoming their own faction?

your mind

I like the theory offered on another thread by a wise dakkanaut name now lost
that the Phoenix Lords will ascend to demon-prince type status
with the introduction of new models and so on.
Personally, OK, sure, I can use my old Jain Zar as a Banshee exarch if they still allow it but my money here would be on GW invalidating those minis with lack of support either with no rules or rules that weigh against using an old Jain Zar model.

Like that idea. If they do that then they may do what they did with AoS and make the old models function as generic characters and models.

I Wonder if this means the number of recruits for librarians in marine chapters spiked because of this.

If you have to kill, then kill in the best manner. If you slaughter, then slaughter in the best manner. Let one of you sharpen his knife so his animal feels no pain.

Interesting, but no way I can see GW releasing that many big unique character models for one faction.

More likely it happens to one Phoenix Lord in my opinion.

Does that mean we will be getting a new Primaris Librarian model every month till this event is over?

Given the focus on the Banshees I would guess it would be the one for them.
