I would really like a top to bottom Eldar themed table. I have seen plenty of amazing scratch built terrain bits, but I don't have that kind of skill or time.

I know GW has the Ruins and the Webway gate, but thats not going to make a great table.

I am looking for Eldar terrain kits I can purchase and a 6x4 gaming mat that is Eldar themed or Eldar inspired. ( I remember there was a company with a kickstarter with terrain and a craftworld mat but i dont think it was funded.)

So if you have seen cool Eldar terrain for sale in your travels, post up some links.

EDIT

Also statues, I know way back Forgeworld did a 6 inch tall Asurmen. Is anyone doing this? Even High Elf statues would be a good start.

There are a handful of really sub-par 3D and MDF Eldar terrain bits. Generally the designs all stick to narrow thin webway portals or some random spires. No large buildings, no defensible locations, no line-of-sight blocking stuff. Generally, very underwhelming. Also, I don't recall seeing a proper Craftworld-esque mat thus far.

If people have some sources of proper stuff, I'd love to see them.

I do think maybe you're better off doing a wilderness table with a small Eldar presence or something. Some beautiful water-falls, foliage with a couple of Eldar bits? The few scratch build Eldar tables I've seen have been really underwhelming, or they're for display and would make for awful gaming.

Its near impossible to get that Eldar look and feel of compound curves with MDF. Probably why there is nothing really out there except variations on the same design over and over. Imperial stuff is boxes, boxes are easy.

Yep. Honestly you'd be best off carefully carving foam or some such.

I had been trying to find this one https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1106216129/ancient-worldship-corridors?ref=project_build

It didnt fund but he says he is available for customs on his website, I assume he kept the designs.

The designs there are a bit lazy, but I think the corridors would stand the best chance of being a simple Eldar themed thing. A Zone Mortalis version would be far easier than crafting a ton of large domed and spherical buildings, etc.

Since there isn't a good Craftworld themed mat (too bad) I would look more at an ancient civilization set where you are looking more at ruins (Maiden world) rather than an actual living Eldar world.

Gamemat.eu has a new mat called Lost World https://www.gamemat.eu/en/battle-mats/6-x4-battle-mats/6-x4-g-mat-lost-world.html that might be a good start.

You could add a set of the Eldar webway gates for aesthetics (they're not much good for terrain unless you fill the space with a LOS blocking resin "portal"), and a few of the ruins sets.

I would certainly add some fallen statues, and some old Greek style ones (especially if female) would work well.

You have to think what will work for gaming, LOS blocking structures....I think the large sails from this company would work well.. https://miniaturescenery.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6&products_id=193 but MDF still doesn't look organic enough IMHO.

Otherwise I'd think about using some form of ruins, combined with trees to fill in the gaps etc to make it look overgrown while providing you with "buildings".
