My picture is a huge space near the bottom of the hive towers filled with half-junked things made out of whatever. I am big into the hobby side of the game, so love making terrain. This table is growing into a really nice business district in one of the lower parts of a hive/bladerunner style city (there's more in my gallery). If you like give me a few cool factor votes (my painting is tabletop at best)

Starting off with a bunch of scatter terrain, mostly vending machines and tables, dumpsters and such. I haven't added the "trash" to them like empty cans etc yet. Most of these are MDF purchases.

Next some soda can tanks. Another MDF purchase and pretty much dirt cheap. Paint really helps, and the labels etc. Raise your hand if you are old enough to have seen the Soylant Green movie (with Charlton Heston) when it first came out. You know, it's not just for Tuesdays, and now with more people!

Last, a couple of buildings made from coffee tins cut in half. The roof is corrigated stuff from the middle of cardboard boxes. Signs are a set of MDF stuff, and of course bits. Rust is key to my vision.
First up is S-mart. Yes, the old Shop smart, shop S-mart...again, this is a multi tier hive city, so the entrance leads down a level to the store. Great small piece of LoS blocking terrain easily placed on the table.

Here is the coffee tin quonset hut. A bar. Found the Neon light idea somewhere on here. Wish my painting was up to it...
Those bottles and cans are dowels filed down with my dremel. They need some more dirt on them.

Last is another billboard (see my gallery for more). A great LoS blocker easily placed. You can see the reverse side in the lower right of the lower pic.

Group picture for comparison.

Keeping the hobby side alive!

I never forget the Dakka unit scale is binary: Units are either OP or Garbage.
