Subject: WIP conversions for White Scars successor Libby and Chaplain Updated! Librarian painted!
Converting for my White Scars successor the Space Leopards. My army has had arm swaps to ogre arms, and now I want a phobos Libby. Converted this one off a basic snap fit primaris. Arms and face from ogre kingdoms (A bit largish but space marines have some strange deviations, plus a Librarian dealing with the warp may have some quirks.
And my Chaplain conversion. Based on snap fit primaris. Ogre Kingdom bits. The sabertooth head is from a very very old lead werbear. Needed a TON of cutting and drilling and now I remember why I don't miss lead. GS to turn a bear into a tiger. The tusks are old daggers from DE maybe? I imagine the ivory tusks would be carved so used these. Scale is iffy, but I like it. Anyway, Mongolian shamans carried a hide drum, so I gave my guy a gong. Back pack is magnetized so he can be a jumper or not.

Painted the Librarian. Went with the blue libby armor, but did his Phobos cloak in the red/orange of my chapter so he fits in. For some reason my old crappy camera really washes out reds/oranges, so the shading isn't coming through in the pics. He also seems glossy, which he isn't in real life. Maybe my lights were too close. Well, I'm tabletop at best so whatever. Really happy with this guy. Lot of character.
