Yeah. Teaser on the 6th, announcement on the 9th, and it's been six whole days since then!

It's been less than a week, ease up.

It should be out with in two weeks or so. GW has gotten much better from their days of you might get a random release on any given weekend with no real build up or don't like your book, it's fine you'll get a new one in about 8 years.

Dude, seriously?

They've added a section to WHC for the whole thing, posted two articles within a week (while confirming updates on a Monday), and already shown two tie-in models (admittedly, probably from the same box). Having said that, the looping video banner at the top of the page needs to just go get in the bin right now...

Sure, we've just had a week of articles regarding the second wave of supplements - but we knew these releases were coming, and even SM layers just want to get them over with as quickly as possible. GW, on the other hand, seems to believe that dragging them out is the best idea.

Still, in answer to your question, we should see another article later today - maybe it'll show something other than a Banshee? Who knows?

Just give me my plastic Jain Zar already and then continue releasing marines. I'll wait another 20 years.

Ah yes week or two silence and world is ending and release cancelled! The release date was decided like year+ ago so it's not being cancelled just like that. Patience!

The post was in sarcasm, an attempt to highlight a < hopefully > significant release being eclipsed by yet more marine releases.
I'm sure the trend will continue as we have N Imperial codex supplements still to come.

Nope. They cancelled it. It is just Marine releases for the rest of the edition.

They've not even skipped a scheduled spot yet - they said Monday posts, the last was on Monday the 9th, today is Monday the 16th. If something to do with PA doesn't get posted today, there may be reason for concern, but...

Having said that, it wouldn't've hurt too much to have a little more content when they launched the micro-site - a short story or two, for example.

If they give expanded rules and models for the Sisters of silence I'll be a happy man.

And bring back necron Pariahs because they were cool too.

A joke is supposed to be funny, all your "sarcasim" did was make you apper like a petty child. The Space Marine release was announced ages ago. and is being stretched out for reason I'm sure make sense to GW. this isn't "ohh look marines over shadowing" this is "the marine supplements are still coming out and GW's given us a look at whats next"

GW biggest release yet, they have to milk every Penny thus can't release things in a "decent order."

It's not been cancelled. There should be some sort of an announcement later today. However, they will stretch it out as thin as possible, so expect to wait another week for another announcement.

my guess is they just announced it early for the hype. they will still do a campaign book and have some model releases.. but my guess is not until they finish marines 2.0 that way thy get lots of sales then people get paid again a time or 2 after updating their faction before they make psychic awakening deput.

It is today, yes. It's currently up on their Facebook page.

But guys, it's cancelled because GW is releasing Marines! The end is coming, GW is failing, Xenos are cancelled, Chaos is cancelled, Sisters are cancelled, it's just Marines! Marines all the way through!

Not sure what this has to do with the conversation, but I get the feeling you're being sarcastic. To be honest, though, Games Workshop's release schedule for 40k has been pretty stale for a couple months, and with more Supplement Books coming out for the Space Marine codex, and Sisters of Battle coming afterwards, they had to show some variety to keep people interested.

yeah I'm hoping winter/spring has something big for 40k over all. something we can all get really excited over.
