If I cast the Tzeentch Daemons psychic power flickering flames (+1 to wound for shooting) on the same unit twice, does it stack?

All I could find about cumulative bonuses is the following, which doesn't appear to apply in this situation.

A: Unless stated otherwise, no. The bonus for such an ability applies once if any (i.e. one or more) of these models are within range.

If you're playing Matched Play, you can only attempt each power once a turn (other than Smite).

Outside of Matched Play it probably works, but there's so much broken stuff there anyway (infinite summons anyone?) it's not that big a deal.

The Blue Scribes actually have an ability that could cause Flickering Flames to be cast twice in matched play, so it's a possibility for it to happen (1/6 chance each psychic phase).

Yes then, it's unlikely to come up but if it does then they do stack.

Agreed. They stack because they are not auras.
