As the title suggests, I'm looking at 3D printing some models. They're Halo miniatures, modelled by the most capable Vincent Colborn in accordance with Microsoft's usage rules - so they're not illegal in other words. I literally stumbled upon them on Google last night, but I'll link you to his FB group, where he freely distributes the files (So long as they aren't used for profit) - cos they're top notch, and the dude deserves his credit.

Anyway, long story short, while looking for software to open the .stl files, I found that Windows 10 already includes a 3D viewer and editor - which was very handy. What's more handy is that it also features an upload link to a printing service called 'i Materialise'. So, my question is - has anyone used i Materialise, and if so, what's the quality like?

Failing that, can anyone recommend to me a UK based print service that can handle miniatures grade quality prints, for a reasonable price?

As usual, any help would be appreciated

If going to print more than a dozen or so, I would say just get your own printer. Resin printers are well below $290 US and will print lots of super detailed minis for you.
