Not a bad effort. The only thing I would say is the red is looking really flat so a wash and a highlight would give them some depth. I like the feathered wings on the scourges the most.

I have been painting since around 2003. I know what you mean about the red it is really washed out still and I’m afraid another layer of paint is gonna be too much. The same is happening with some squigs I’m painting but I dry brushed orange on them. You’re right about a wash.
Here are some kitbashed Eldar Corsairs I made last night
I converted this guy out of some spare bits to kind of go with the unit of corsairs as an archon. I tried to fix the sideways pictures so i guess we will see.
A lot of those parts have had at least two coats of paint on them so I wasn’t expecting much from them.
I tried out the brown wash on the Corsair and did another lay of the crimson. It has far more definition than before. I might go this route with the rest of what I have unless I could get a red ink wash. I’ve also been working on some squig riders.
The progress on my boingrot bounderz and bosses. This army has taken me unusually long to get around to painting. I have a heap to paint so I guess I’ll post some of it here.
