So you can add a wolf guard to blood claws packs. Does he gain the +1 attack on the charge rule as he is now part of the squad?

Additionally if he is the sole survivor does he keep the rule? And what if he is then made a lone wolf through the strategem? I'm not sure.

1) Yes, he benefits from Berserk Charge because the rule says "all models" and not just "Blood Claws". Sergeant style models are still a part of their unit regardless of what their name is. Also don't forget they have Shock Assault now too for even more attacks.

2) Again, yes. He is part of a "Blood Claws" unit and thus has Berserk Charge. The Lone Wolf stratagem doesn't affect his eligibility for Berserk Charge.

Page 93 in the Space Wolves codes answers this. (Look under the "Berserk Charge" rule).
P.S. Why would he not gain a rule listed on his own Datasheet?
