I'm sure others will be along with additional suggestions. I've found that in some instances, I needed to pry, which can be tough with resins.
Note that the 'freezer method' works best if you put the model into a ziploc bag or the like with a small amount of water overnight.
A few hours can work if you're just trying to separate a small contact point, but anything beyond that? You
must give it time.
