Eye of Terror

Preparing to make scenic bases for Deathguard and Nurgle Daemons.

Feeling a little too inspired. I've seen some impressive ones, having a hard time narrowing down to a concept.

The two things I know I don't want to do is tentacles or "deep" water effects, where the model's feet are stuck in resin.

What do you think works best on Nurgle models? Slime puddles? Corroded metal? Pipes sticking out of weird places?

Wished I used a lighter, more 'burnt' grass flock but didn't have any at the time.
