not quite sure what the question is but i'll do my best to deciper what you may want to know-

GW paints are variable based on what type of paint they are.
without further information then we could say- sure. but whites usually are chunky, least every one i have bought. certain technical paint, and or shades (wash/glaze/ink) might be watery. normal base paints, and majority of other paint usually (in my experience- for what that is worth) are fairly thick, but consistent.

GW paints, which era of paints do you use? as more recent paints tend to be thicker and more consistent, early 2000s
GW paint were a bit thinner than currently, and doubly so for their 90's range of paints (some exceptions- their red/orange range 90's paints). if you got some really
OOP paints/inks then sure that's normal. if current, again they should have a certain consistency, depending on type.
