This may sound like a weird question but here goes. When a Founding is dated are all the Chapter’s of that said Founding fully created or does the year mark when each Chapter began being created? It takes a minimum of 50 years to create a Chapter so was each chapter being created prior to the date given to each Founding?

Presumably it is the year when the chapter is first established, not when it is in full strength.
