Phillip Reed is running a Kickstarter for inexpensive PDFs, starting with A Dozen Sinister Rumors.

At this point a buck gets you ten twelve PDFs, serving as starting points and quick inspiration for roleplaying games. *EDIT* Two more stretch goals hit while I wasn't looking....

While I am in for $4, $1 is the sweet spot, and gets you all the stretch goals.

This is PDF only, there are no physical rewards - and each PDF is either 13 or 14 pages, depending on whether it needs a page on how to use the PDF. Each page is a single entry, with overhang.

Fewer than 3 days left, now.

There was no link, so maybe that's why no one had replied here yet? Just edited it in above, and here it is too:

He's got 750 backers at $1! Honestly, I always thought the $1 pledge level on Kickstarter was more of a placeholder than anything, but when you get that many it actually makes a dent

That's a pretty insane value - thanks for sharing it! (55 hours left now)

Thanks for adding the link.

he has been sending out the typo ridden proofs as early rewards to the backers - we get the PDFs early, and he gets eyes to go over the PDFs.
