So, assume Iron Hands w/devastator doctrine

A stormtalon w/2 lascannon and twin asscan.
V.
2 razorbacks...1 w/twin Las and 1 w/ twin asscan.

Stormtalon will be hitting ground/air targets on 2+/3+, is -1 to be hit and is 40 points cheaper
2x razors are hitting ground/air on 3+/4+ (usually), have 11 total more wounds, transports capacity, higher T

What would you go for?

Stormtalon also can't be tied up in CQC and has a lot higher maneuverability and better LOS.
