Working on making a Mordain army (it's all on paper right now) and I have a question on stacking leadership for Modrian's.

But my question is about a Commissar Tank (Officio Prefectus Command Tank). For 2CP you get "Use this Stratagem at the start of your first battle round, before the turn begins. Select one Leman Russ from your army. All friendly AM units have a leadership characteristic of 9 whilst they are within 6" of this vehicle"

1) I want to confirm that it reads that this is for the duration of the battle as there is no end (ie" end of turn" like the Mobile Command Vehicle for chimera)

2) does this stack with Mordians +1 leadership Parade Drill (and +1 leadership Regimental Standard)? Can I effectively make Leadership 10/11 guardsmen?

1) Correct.

2) I would say yes. The tanks are not using another units leadership, they are having their leadership replaced. BRB FAQ Page 12.

Not that I'm going to, but in ways to make guardsmen leadership even crazier, I could even add in a "Wall of Martyrs" to make leadership 12 guardsmen just because. Would make them pretty hard to break
