Is there any one loyalist chapter that has a specific beef with Night Lords or if not, which one would be the best to do a small diorama with a loyalist SM executing a Night Lord?

Hmm. Well, Konrad had beef with most of the loyal legions.

I would probably go with one that was at Isstvan.

They were also tasked by Horus with keeping the Dark Angel's busy with the Thramas Crusade over on the eastern fringe.

ancient history and forgotten, the OP is asking about Legion wide rivalries, ala Ultramarines and Word Bearers, Imperial Fists and Iron Wariors etc.

And yeah Dark Angels are your best bet. A lot of traitor Legions likely have a beef with the Dark Angels. while the siege of terra was going on the Lion was running around exterminatiusing their homeworlds.

In the very good Night Lords trilogy by ADB, they have a lot of beef with Blood Angels. But any loyalist would fit I would say.

Salamanders would work. Curze did kill vulkan repeatedly.

I think Curze has the most individual fights with his brothers. He personally fought Sang, Dorn, The Lion, Vulkan, Corax and Bobby G at various points of the Heresy. Any of them on that list are a good candidate.

That being said he probably had the deepest connection personally to Sang since they both shared the ability of being able to see the future.
