Are there any good stories for the Silent Sisterhood, preferably after the Heresy? Any stories about the Excruciatus cadres? Rather curious if Questoras and Silent Judges only operate in groups of five.

very very little I'm afraid the only story I know about is Watcher's of the throne.

I imagine though the october index imperialis in WD this month will be just what you want though

Watchers of the throne - also some of the Beast Arises series

There's more than one Horus Heresy short, though I only remember The Voice off hand. Master of Mankind is decent for them and the Custodes as well.

Abyssal is a HH short story about them, I haven't read it myself so I can't say how good it is. but Watchers of the Throne has a great depiction of them. It's (one of) my favorite 40k stories for that reason.
