You know the ones. Probably not Shadowspear but the 2-army bundles that they keep pushing out that either have a new HQ like Jain Zar or occasionally also have a new unit or two included...

He was not.
This model came with "Wake the Dead":
This model came with "Tooth and Claw", and is only available via the "Start Collecting: Primaris Space Wolves" set now:
The one you linked came out with the Raven Guard supplement. The two I linked in spoilers are the only Lieutenants, barring the Phobos in Shadowspear(who has the other loadout, Incursor's bolt carbine, knives, and a Grav Chute[because reasons...]), that came in battle boxes. The Phobos from Shadowspear will come out with the frames, as he's on the 'Command' frame alongside of the unit sergeants and the Helix Adept for the Infiltrators.

What is the current count anyway? Wasn't there a website keeping track? I know we were at nine earlier in the year.

Reiver Lieutenant Shadowspear Lieutenant Dark Angels Lieutenant Space Wolves Lieutenant Blood Angels Lieutenant The "Totally Not Really An Ultramarines Lieutenant" 500th store Lieutenant Conquest Lieutenant Dark Imperium Lieutenant with Power Sword and Bolt Pistol Dark Imperium Lieutenant with Auto Boltrifle We were at 8 before the two Phobos equipped Lieutenants--and that's being generous, as two of them were exclusives.

I suspect we'll see a decrease in Leuitenants now, at least until the inevitable gravis wave nets us a Leuitenant in Gravis armor.

New Rule: GW is not allowed to release a Lieutenant in Gravis armor until they release the generic Gravis Captain as a stand-alone kit.
Edit: Honestly I'd like to see a Libby and Chaplain in Gravis too. And I'd like all three in Centurion armor, but that's getting a tad silly.
